Reasons Why I Work From Home

I work from home for many reasons. First off, I am a mom who wants to spend time at home with my kid. Second, I want to earn money to supplement what my husband is earning. And thirdly, I hate the daily commute to work. You might think my reasons to be really simple, but I bet you are wishing you were also working at home just like me.

But before you give up hope in looking for that dream work at home job, let me tell you one thing – you can indeed earn money from home.  And unlike full-time office jobs, you have the capability to earn more as long as you put in a lot of time and effort when you work from home.  You don’t even have nosy colleagues or a demanding boss to face everyday. Now, did I make the wrong decision of deciding to work from home? I don’t think so.

I work from home for myself, because doing so gives me more time on my hands. If you are like me, one who values the essence of time, then working from home is for you. It doesn’t mean that when you work from home, you give up your social life altogether.  You need to enjoy some down time, as well.

Don’t be afraid to stray away from the norms. Yes, I’ve experienced my friends laughing at me, not believing that I can actually work from home. But then again, I have proved them wrong. Now that I work from home, not only have I become financially independent, I also get to spend time with the people and things that I love.

Whatever your reasons are for working from home, don’t let anyone pull you down.  Just like me, prove to these people that there is definitely a way to make money from home.
